The Site

• Narrow lot at front widening at rear
• The lot Gradually slopes at North End up to proposed House and changes to a steep slope at midpoint of new proposed house location.
• The drainage of site was critical as the surrounding landscape drains into the proposed property.
• Treatment of landscaping on the East side was required as the proposed finish elevation of the house was about 4′-0” above the adjacent house and site entry from the road.

The Design

• Level entry from front
• Grade level exit from Master Bedroom at the rear.
• Space for a potential Basement Suite or In-Law Suite with shared laundry and separate entrance.
